Roland qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in London. Having been head of corporate finance at Brown, Shipley & Co. Limited, he left in 1997 to found his own firm, Beaumont Cornish Limited, which has grown into the independent advisory house of today.
