With a first class degree in economics, Michael has over 30 years experience in corporate finance having worked for many years with County Bank/NatWest Markets, and then becoming Director in charge of Technology, Media and Telecommunication at Hawkpoint Partners. His experience included acting as CEO of an AIM-traded Media Group before joining Beaumont Cornish where he has lead on Takeover Code work and mergers and acquisitions.
